Myst Cords pricing includes FREE standard First Class USPS Shipping. In Arizona delivery is 1 to 2 days*. All other states 3 to 7 day* delivery times. Please be aware that there is no signature required or insurance on the standard shipping. We will send you a confirmation once your package is shipped. Myst Collection, LLC is not responsible for lost packages using standard shipping. Returns
Special orders are non-returnable. Regular in stock internet orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition, less shipping costs. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your credit or new item will be processed in just a few days.Returns must have a Myst Cords return code. Myst Collection, LLC will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
How To Prepare a Return: Just follow our three step process:
- Your Return Authorization Code. Call 877-502-2425 and ask for our internet sales department. You will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code boldly on the outside of the package.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material.
- Ship your package. Once we receive your package we will inform you via email to confirm receipt.
